Our Shipping Policy
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper™, or Rambler™ to good use sooner.
YETI offers free ground shipping on orders $19.99 and up before tax. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed coolers will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (does not apply to HI or AK) and may pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (e.g., $19.99).
Shipping Options & Rates
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10AM CST for quickest delivery. These options are not available for collegiate coolers. Expedited orders placed after 10AM will require an additional day for processing. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

YETI and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2017. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Contiguous United States
YETI uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
YETI ships internationally to select countries though our partnership with Borderfree. Borderfree provides a global eCommerce solution for our international shoppers. By partnering with them, we can now provide product prices in the currency of your choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total.
To access the International country selector, or for a list of available shipping countries and shopping currencies, click Change Country in the footer of the website to select your flag and currency. Once a country is selected, product prices will appear in the local currency and order totals will be populated to include international shipping costs.

Our Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy:
You can return your item(s) purchased from YETI.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. YETI does not accept returns on items purchased outside of YETI.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of YETI.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly
If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another YETI item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.
Please contact the YETI customer service team at 1-512-394-9384 to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI via phone or website.
