Our Shipping Policy

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper™, or Rambler™ to good use sooner.

If you happen to need expedited shipping or special arrangements, we’ll do our best to make that happen. Please call our customer service team at 1-512-394-9384 or send us a message, so they can assist you with your order.

YETI offers free shipping on orders over $24.99.

Reminder: All custom logo or monogrammed coolers will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK) and may pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (e.g., $100).

Continental United States

YETI uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the continental U.S. unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 6 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental U.S. and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy:

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another YETI item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

Please contact the YETI customer service team at 1-512-394-9384 to set up your return. To avoid delays, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI via phone or website.
